Activated plugin, nothing available

[Confused]

I wanted to try this out but immediately hit a brick wall. The instructions say:

Activate the WP Masonry Layout plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
Goto WP Masonry > Shortcodes to create shortcode.

But what the heck does “Goto WP Masonry > Shortcodes” mean? No such thing exists on my site that I can see. So it’s installed and activated, but completely useless at the moment.

Can you make sure you have administrator role ? Our plugin menu are shown to administrator role assigned users only.
