When i try to get this working I get the above JS error. Any idea what might be causing this?

There must be some js conflict. To check and solve this, can you please send me your site url and wp-admin details using our form here https://www.masonrylayout.com/rectify-my-problem/ ? I will try to fix it from here. Please include this threat url as well.
