    Hi guys,

So for anyone trying to install the WP-masonry layout GENERIC SHORTCODE into the category.php file but you are using divi, you will realise there is no category file. I think you are supposed to find the loop to replace with the generic shortcode in the index.php file.

Now I am stuck as to which loop to remove and replace with the GENERIC shortcode if I want search results to display in the masonry layout instead of the traditional “single post vertical layout”

Thanks for your time and hope to hear from ya’ll soon!

    Hi Ilia,

In that case, you can take a copy of index.php and rename it to category.php. And there you can replace the loop with the shortcode.

    Hope this helps.
