I get this error every time I upload the plug in. Please help.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugin_data() in /home/content/46/11869746/html/amyhamiltondesign/portfolio/wp-content/plugins/welcome-to-wordpress/resources/class.wtwp-upgrader.php on line 69

Nevermind I was able to get it to work.

Hi Amy,

Glad it is fine there now. However i will check this in our server and try to replicate it. And if it is from our plugin we will send a update to fix it.

I got the same error. Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugin_data() in /home/content/46/11869746/html/amyhamiltondesign/portfolio/wp-content/plugins/welcome-to-wordpress/resources/class.wtwp-upgrader.php on line 69

I have to go in and delete the plugin through ftp in order to access my site. How was this issue resolved?
