Gallery shows the loading sign and does not load in IE8-6. Any known issues or any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!June 6, 2016 at 2:48 am #12284
Actually we have already opted out from the support of IE 6 – 8. However, our plugin should work fine in those browser. Recently i tested with Ie 8 (https://www.masonrylayout.com/masonry-theme-demo/fishtail/) and it is working fine.
Any chance you can send me your site url as well ? We will check it from here. And try to find out the issue.

Thanks for your reply. I am developing the site in localhost, so at the moment I cannot send over a link. This is the error message that I get, any ideas?

Message: Object doesn’t support this property or method
Thanks again, I understand that troubleshooting for ie8 is a pain!June 8, 2016 at 12:59 pm #12329
I am so sorry here but it is really hard to check the issue when you are using it in localhost and the issue is only for IE.
May be you can avoid IE 8 (also, it is already out of the scene as a browser) for now and then send me the link later once it is uploaded to the online server. I can help better with online url.

I totally understand, thank for your reply. We are actually planning on moving to a staging site before going live. I will share the link once we do so. Thanks again for being so responsive.June 17, 2016 at 9:38 am #12470AnitaGuest
I got my site up on a staging area: http://184.108.40.206/~natelenergy/New_Wordpress/
Could you please take a look at it and let me know what is wrong?
Thanks for your help!
