Can you please check ?

Please let me know if you received the login info I resent on Aug. 28 – we’re getting close to our launch deadline. Thank you.September 1, 2017 at 7:05 pm #18629
Have been fixed now. There was SSL cross domain issue. The main site url was not using SSL and admin ajax was requesting via SSL. So there was cross domain issue that was blocking the plugin to load.

Perfect – thank you so much! What should I do next time to enable this when it’s on a dev site with no SSL?September 5, 2017 at 1:29 pm #18642
Nothing to do when there is no SSL. But if there is, please make sure your client side and admin side both uses the SSL.
