Hi, I feel a bit silly, but I’ve installed the plugin and set up the shortcode, but after I pasted it onto my blog page and saved it, nothing happened. The blog still looks the same as it always has. I’m running WordPress 4.0 with the Vertex theme from Elegant Themes. Any ideas on what I can do to get it working correctly? The page looks *exactly* the same as it did pre-plugin so I’m not sure what’s going on.January 29, 2015 at 1:39 pm #3673Masonry GuyKeymaster
May be your blog page is using template, can you change that to default template and try (i am not sure here.). Or for a test can you keep that in newly created page and check ?

OK, so I created a test page, made that the page where my posts show up, and then the blog page started working. So we’re a step closer, although I’m not sure I understand why that worked.
That said, underneath the grid I’m now seeing the posts still listed in the old vertical format. http://theinsidechannel.com/blog/
Any ideas on how I can get rid of that?January 30, 2015 at 1:23 pm #3683Masonry GuyKeymaster
As mentioned earlier, your blog page is using some layout. So it causing the issue. Please go to your blog page and change that to default layout. This should fix the issue.
You may check this snapshot to change the layout. http://mikeschinkel.com/websnaps/skitched-20101013-010144.png

OK, fixed. I didn’t know how to change the layout template. Thanks!
