Random Load not Randomized

Greetings. Thanks for a cool product. I use it here: http://theatretampabay.org/member-gallery/ but the posts are not loading randomly as I have selected in the settings. Please advise. Thanks!

Do you have any sort of post ordering plugin ? If so, can you please deactivate them and try again ?
