How do you supposed to use the shortcode at?
Your documentation is showing example with twenty twelve theme, but who used that theme this days? Other theme will have different files, so where do you supposed to insert the shortcode at?

Since you are using the lite version, i believe you are not going to use the generic shortcode here.
